Rajesh Mandal brother of Dipankar Mandal, completed B.Tech from CITK in Electronics and Communication Engineering in the year 2019. After B.Tech he joined to do master at Tezpur University. After completing his master he went to join IISc, Bangalore as a research scholar in the Domain of Cognitive Neuroscience.
